Our services at a glance

With a total of 13 modern CNC lathes, we manufacture precision turned parts in small, medium and large series. Our machines machine workpieces up to Ø 500 mm and 1,000 mm in length with maximum dimensional accuracy.
Thanks to driven tools and counter spindles, even complex geometries and efficient series production are possible.
This enables us to guarantee the highest quality, cost-effectiveness and flexibility – from prototypes to series production.

With our 10 state-of-the-art 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines, we manufacture complex precision parts with the highest accuracy. Our machines process workpieces with edge lengths of up to 1,200 mm and enable efficient machining in a single clamping.
Simultaneous 5-axis machining and CAM-supported programming enable us to achieve maximum precision and cost-effectiveness.
This results in complex components of the highest quality – from individual parts to series production.

Our cylindrical and surface grinding machines enable maximum precision for rotationally symmetrical and flat-machined workpieces. With grinding diameters of up to 300 mm, workpiece sizes of up to 600 x 400 mm and surface qualities of up to Ra < 0.2 μm, we achieve the tightest tolerances and perfect flatness. This enables us to guarantee dimensionally accurate, finely ground components for the most demanding requirements.

Our three high-precision measuring machines – two Zeiss Contura and one Keyence optical 3D coordinate measuring machine – ensure the quality of all manufactured components. Using state-of-the-art sensor technology and software, we check dimensional accuracy, geometry and surfaces with micrometre precision. This enables us to guarantee compliant, error-free components that meet the highest standards. We are also happy to provide you with measurement reports and initial sample test reports.
