          A. Type and scope of data processing in detail
          I. Provision of the website and creation of log files
          1. Description and scope of processing
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

          The following data is collected:

Information about the browser type and version used
          The operating system used
          The Internet service provider used
          The user's IP address
          Date and time of access
Websites from which you access our website (referrer URL)
Websites that you access via our website

The IP address can be personal data because, under certain circumstances, it is possible to use it to determine the identity of the owner of the Internet access used by obtaining information from the respective Internet provider.

The data is also stored in our system's log files. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

          2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR - in providing you with a functional website.

          3. Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to you. For this purpose, your IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data helps us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. The data is not evaluated for marketing purposes in this context.

          4. Duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

In the case of data storage in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, your IP address will be deleted or anonymized so that it is no longer possible to identify the client accessing the site. If further storage of data is necessary for evidence purposes, the deletion of the data will be suspended until final clarification.

          II. Use of cookies
          1. Description and scope of data processing
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are data records that are stored on your device by your internet browser. A cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when you visit the website again. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer.

You can usually set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies, the setting of cookies is excluded in certain cases or in general, or you only allow the setting of cookies in individual cases. You can also delete stored cookies in your browser settings. However, without cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

We use cookies in particular to make our website more user-friendly. Some elements of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a page change.

The following data is stored and transmitted in the cookies:

          Language settings
          Login information
          Session ID

We also use cookies on our website that enable us to analyze users' surfing behavior.

This allows the following data to be transmitted:

          Search terms entered
          Frequency of page views
          Use of website functions

The user data collected in this way is pseudonymized by technical measures. The data is not stored together with other personal data of the users.

When you visit our website, an information banner informs you about the use of cookies and refers you to this privacy policy. In this context, you will also be asked which types of cookies may be stored. A distinction is made between three types of cookies. “Settings” includes all cookies that are technically necessary to enable the website to function in the first place. This item is mandatory and cannot be deactivated. “Statistics” refers to all cookies that can be used for user analysis (e.g., by Google Analytics). The “Marketing” section includes all cookies that enable user recognition in order to enable targeted or topic-related marketing, if necessary.

You can change your settings at any time and revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To reset your cookies, please click here: <a href=""# class="cookie-accept-reset">Reset cookie settings</a> and then reload the page!

          2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for technically necessary cookies. To provide you with a functioning website. All other cookies are set exclusively on the basis of your consent, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

          3. Purpose of data processing
The purpose of using technically necessary cookies is to simplify the use of websites for you. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these, it is necessary that the browser is recognized even after a page change.

We require cookies for the following applications:

          Transfer of language settings
          Remembering search terms

The user data collected by technically necessary cookies is not used to create user profiles.

Analysis cookies are used for the purpose of improving the quality of our website and its content. Analysis cookies tell us how the website is used, enabling us to continuously optimize our offering.

          4. Duration of storage, objection and removal options
Cookies are stored on your computer and transmitted to our site from there. As a user, you therefore have full control over the use of cookies. You can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings in your Internet browser. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent.

          III. Newsletter
          1. Description and scope of data processing
On our website, you have the option of subscribing to a free newsletter. When you register for the newsletter, the data from the input mask is transmitted to us.

This data is usually the email address and, at the user's request, also the surname and/or first name so that we can address the newsletter recipient personally if necessary. If you do not provide us with your email address, we cannot send you a newsletter.

The following data is also collected during registration:

IP address of the accessing computer
          Date and time of registration

For the processing of data, your consent will be obtained during the registration process via double opt-in and reference will be made to this privacy policy.

If you purchase goods or services on our website and provide your email address, we may use this address to send you a newsletter, provided that it advertises our own similar goods or services, you have not objected to this type of use, and you are clearly informed at the time of collection and each type of use that you can object to this use at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

In connection with data processing for the sending of newsletters, no data is passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

          Newsletter - Mailing service provider
The newsletter is sent by the mailing service provider Jegasoft SHI GmbH, Jens Galkow, Kraftwerkstraße 16a, 03226 Vetschau/Spreewald, Germany. You can view the mailing service provider's privacy policy here: www.jegasoft.de/datenschutz. The mailing service provider is used on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 (3) sentence 1 GDPR.

The shipping service provider may use the recipients' data in anonymous form, i.e. without assigning it to a user, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for technical optimization of the shipping and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the shipping service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.

          Newsletter – measuring success
The newsletters may contain a so-called tracking pixel, i.e., a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from our server or from the server of our shipping service provider when the newsletter is opened. As part of this retrieval, technical information such as information about your browser and your system, as well as your IP address and the time of retrieval, is initially collected.

This information is used to improve the technical aspects of the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behavior based on the access locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or the access times. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletter was opened, when it was opened, and which links were clicked on. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our intention nor that of the mailing service provider to monitor individual users. Rather, the evaluations serve to identify the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to them or to send different content according to the interests of our users.

          2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for processing your data after you have subscribed to the newsletter is your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. This also applies to performance measurement.

Your IP address and the date and time of your consent are logged on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in documenting your consent to receive the newsletter and, in case of doubt, being able to prove it.

          3. Purpose of data processing
The user's email address is collected for the purpose of delivering the newsletter.

The collection of other personal data during the registration process serves to verify your registration in case of doubt, to prevent misuse of the services or the email address used, and to improve the user experience.

          4. Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. The user's email address and other voluntary information will therefore be stored for as long as the newsletter subscription is active.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time either via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending an email to info@luban-pz.de.

Other personal data collected during the registration process is usually deleted after a period of seven days.

          IV. Registration
          1. Description and scope of data processing
On our website, we may offer you the option of registering by providing personal data. The data is entered into an input mask, transmitted to us, and stored. The data is not passed on to third parties. During registration, the user will be informed of the required mandatory information. If you do not provide us with the mandatory data requested during registration, no user account can be created for you.

The following data is also stored at the time of registration:

          Your IP address
          Date and time of registration

          2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

If registration serves to fulfill a contract to which you are a party or to take pre-contractual measures at your request, the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Your IP address and the date and time of your consent are logged on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in being able to prove your consent in case of doubt.

          3. Purpose of data processing
The purpose of processing is to be able to offer you certain content as a registered user or to be able to verify your registration.

          4. Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

This is the case for data collected during the registration process when your user account is deleted or the associated data is modified. You can do this at any time.

          V. Contact (e.g., via contact form, email, telephone, or social media)
          1. Description and scope of data processing
When you contact us, whether via a contact form, email, telephone, or social media, your details will only be processed for the purpose of handling your contact request. Your details may be stored and processed in a CRM (customer relationship management) system or similar management software.

If you do not provide us with the mandatory data requested when contacting us, it will not be possible to contact you.

When you send the message, the following data is also stored:

          Your IP address
          Date and time of registration

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation.

          2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. If processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Your IP address and the date and time of your contact are logged on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR in being able to prove your contact in case of doubt and to prevent misuse of the contact options or to be able to clarify this retrospectively.

          3. Purpose of data processing
The processing of personal data serves solely to process the contact request. The other personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

          4. Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data from the input mask of the contact form and data sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has been completed. The conversation is completed when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.

The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

VI. Option to comment on blog and/or guestbook
Our website offers you the option to leave comments on individual posts. The IP address of the author/connection owner of the name used to submit the comment is stored. This storage is for our security in the event that the author infringes the rights of third parties through their comment and/or posts illegal content. We therefore have a vested interest in the stored data of the author, especially since we may be prosecuted for such legal violations. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The data collected in this way will also not be compared with data that may be collected by other components of our site.

The legal basis for the processing is therefore our legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
The data will be stored for as long as your comment is available on our website. You have the option of deleting comments you have submitted at any time with effect for the future. If you do not provide the data requested as part of the commenting option, you will not be able to comment.

VII. Web analysis by Google Analytics
          1. Scope of processing personal data
On this website, we may use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company: Google C, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by the users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this online offer and the use of the Internet. Pseudonymous user profiles may be created from the processed data.

We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means that the IP address of users within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area is truncated by Google. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser software settings accordingly.

Google also processes the data collected via Google Analytics in accordance with its own privacy policy, which can be found at the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy. There you will also find additional information on the protection of personal data by Google and your rights.
Further details on data processing within the scope of Google Analytics are also available at https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/ and, in particular, on the implementation of your rights as a data subject, at https://privacy.google.com/businesses/processorterms/.

Further information on preventing Google Analytics cookies
You can also prevent the collection and transmission of data generated by cookies and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by using a browser add-on. To do so, download and install the browser add-on from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Please note that you will need to reinstall the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics again if your browser or device is later deleted, formatted, or reinstalled.

          2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is exclusively your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you can change your cookie settings at any time via the cookie banner (icon at the bottom left of the website).

Note: If you consent to the use of Google Analytics, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of Google Analytics, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

          3. Purpose of data processing
The processing of users' personal data enables us to analyze our users' surfing behavior. By evaluating the data obtained, we are able to compile information about the use of the individual components of our website. This helps us to continuously improve our website and its user-friendliness.

          4. Duration of storage
The analysis data is deleted when it is no longer required. We review the necessity every two years; furthermore, the statutory archiving obligations apply.

VIII. Marketing Services & Social Plugins
          1. Google Re/Marketing Services
Based on your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we may use Google's marketing and remarketing services (hereinafter referred to as “Google Marketing Services”).

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you can change your cookie settings at any time via the cookie banner (icon at the bottom left of the website).

Note: If you consent to the use of Google re/marketing services, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of Google Re/Marketing Services, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

Google Marketing Services allow us to display advertisements for and on our website in a more targeted manner, so that users are only shown ads that potentially match their interests. If, for example, a user is shown ads for products that they have shown interest in on other websites, this is referred to as “remarketing.” For these purposes, when our website and other websites on which Google Marketing Services are active are accessed, a code from Google is executed directly by Google and so-called (re)marketing tags (invisible graphics or code, also known as “pixel tags”) are integrated into the website. With their help, an individual cookie is stored on the user's device (comparable technologies can also be used instead of cookies). The cookies can be set by various domains, including google.com, doubleclick.net, invitemedia.com, admeld.com, googlesyndication.com, or googleadservices.com. This file records which websites the user has visited, what content they are interested in, and which offers they have clicked on, as well as technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visit time, and other information about the use of the online offer. The IP address of users is also recorded, whereby we inform you within the scope of Google Analytics that the IP address is truncated within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and only in exceptional cases is it transferred in full to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address is not merged with your data within other Google services. The above information may also be linked by Google to information from other sources. When you subsequently visit other websites, advertisements tailored to your interests may be displayed.

Your data is processed pseudonymously within the framework of Google Marketing Services. This means that Google does not store and process your name or email address, for example, but processes the relevant data in relation to cookies within pseudonymous user profiles. This does not apply if you have expressly permitted Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The information collected about you by Google Marketing Services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the USA.

The Google marketing services we use include the online advertising program “Google AdWords.” In the case of Google AdWords, each AdWords customer receives a different “conversion cookie.” The information collected using the cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
We may integrate third-party advertisements based on the Google marketing service “AdSense.” AdSense uses cookies that enable Google and its partner websites to display ads based on users' visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.

We may also use Google Tag Manager to integrate and manage Google analytics and marketing services on our website.
For more information on Google's use of data for marketing purposes, please visit the overview page: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads. Google's privacy policy is available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

If you wish to object to interest-based advertising by Google marketing services, you can use the settings and opt-out options provided by Google: http://www.google.com/ads/preferences.

          2. Facebook Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Facebook Conversion
Within our online offering, based on your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we use the so-called “Facebook Pixel” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”).

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you can change your cookie settings at any time via the cookie banner (icon at the bottom left of the website).

Note: If you consent to the use of the Facebook pixel, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of the Facebook pixel, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

The processing of data by Facebook is carried out in accordance with Facebook's data use policy. Accordingly, general information on the display of Facebook ads can be found in Facebook's Data Use Policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. Specific information and details about the Facebook pixel and how it works can be found in the Facebook Help Center: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/651294705016616.

You can also object to the collection of data by the Facebook pixel and the use of your data for the display of Facebook ads. To set which types of ads are displayed to you within Facebook, you can visit the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions on the settings for usage-based advertising: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads. The settings are platform-independent, i.e., they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.

You can also object to the use of cookies for reach measurement and advertising purposes via the Network Advertising Initiative's deactivation page (http://optout.networkadvertising.org) and additionally via the US website (http://www.aboutads.info/choices) or the European website (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/ your-ad-choices).

          3. Google Translate
To enable you to use our websites in other languages, we offer you the option of activating Google Translate. For data protection reasons, we have also deactivated the Google Translate function in the default settings. The corresponding text “Select language” is therefore displayed in gray. No data is transmitted to Google in this setting. Only when you activate the Google Translate function by clicking on the text “Select language” will data be transmitted to Google. This data includes the URL of the page you are visiting and your IP address.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by deactivating the Google Translate translation service again.

Note: By agreeing to the use of Google Translate, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of Google Translate, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

          4. Online presence on social media
We maintain an online presence on social networks and platforms in order to communicate with customers, interested parties, and users who are active there and to inform them about our services. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply.
Unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy, we process the data of users who communicate with us within social networks and platforms, e.g., by posting on our online presences or sending us messages, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a and b GDPR.
The explanations provided in section A. V. apply.

IX. Integration of third-party services and content
We may use content or services from third-party providers within our online offering in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter collectively referred to as “content”).

This always requires that the third-party providers of this content receive your IP address, as they would not be able to send the content to your browser without it. Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as “pixel tags”) for statistical or marketing purposes. The “pixel tags” can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information can be stored in cookies on your device and may include technical information about your browser and operating system, referring websites, visit time, and other information about your use of our online offering, and may also be linked to such information from other sources.

The integration of these services is based exclusively on your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future.

          1. Integration of Google Maps
(1.1) We use Google Maps on this website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

(1.2) We integrate Google Maps using the so-called two-click solution. This ensures that your personal data is only transferred to Google when you actively click on a map.

Note: If you consent to the use of Google Maps, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of Google Maps, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

Google then receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in § 3 of this declaration is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether you are logged into a Google user account or not. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want this assignment to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the map. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses it for advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

(1.3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing can be found in Google's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
          Opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

          2. Vimeo
On our website, we use the embedding function of the video platform Vimeo, provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, 10011, USA (“Vimeo”), to display content (such as videos). When you access a part of our website with Vimeo content, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. This provides Vimeo with your IP address and the information that you have visited our website, provided that you play the Vimeo videos. If you are logged into your Vimeo account, this information can also be directly associated with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account beforehand.
Details on data protection at Vimeo, in particular on the type, scope, and purpose of data processing, can be found in the privacy policy at: https://vimeo.com/privacy.

In order to ensure an adequate level of data protection when transferring your personal data to the USA, we have concluded EU standard data protection clauses with Vimeo and activated Vimeo's “Do Not Track” function.
The legal basis for this type of processing is exclusively your consent, which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future. The videos will therefore only be played when you actively initiate this.

Please note: If you consent to the use of Vimeo, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the United States. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of Vimeo, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

          3. YouTube
On our website, we also use the embedding function of the YouTube video platform, which is provided by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (“YouTube”), a subsidiary of Google, to display content (such as videos). When you visit a part of our website with YouTube content, a connection to the YouTube or Google servers may be established. This provides them with your IP address and the information that you have visited our website, provided that you play the YouTube videos. If you are logged into your YouTube account, this information can also be directly assigned to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
YouTube also statistically evaluates the views of the videos using cookies, among other things, and uses this data independently, without us being able to deactivate or influence this evaluation. However, we only embed the videos using the so-called extended data protection mode, so that these cookies are only set by YouTube when you play the videos.

Processing is based on your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

Please note: If you consent to the use of YouTube, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of YouTube, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

          4. Google Fonts
We integrate fonts (“Google Fonts”) from Google.
The integration is static, meaning that no data is transferred to Google.

          5. Google ReCaptcha
We integrate the bot detection function, e.g. for entries in online forms (“ReCaptcha”) from the provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
          Privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/,
          Opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

          6. jQuery
On this page, we use Ajax and jQuery technologies, which, among other things, optimize loading speeds. In this regard, program libraries are called up from Google servers. Google's CDN (content delivery network) is used. If you have previously used jQuery on another page from the Google CDN, your browser will use the copy stored in the cache. If this is not the case, a download is required, whereby data is transferred from your browser to Google. Your data is transferred to the USA. You can find more information on the providers' websites. Privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

The external code of the JavaScript framework “jQuery” is provided by the third-party provider jQuery Foundation, https://jquery.org.

          7. Google Calendar
For the appointment calendar that may be integrated into this website, we use the corresponding service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The privacy policy of Google Inc. can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

We use Google Calendar exclusively on the basis of your consent, which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future. To do this, you must first activate Google Calendar.

Please note: By consenting to the use of Google Calendar, you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of Google Calendar, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

          8. Adobe Flash
Our online offering may use Adobe Flash technologies from Adobe, which may access the Flash Player installed on your system. This may result in shared objects (known as “Flash cookies”) being stored on your system. Depending on the browser you use, these can be managed and deleted using the settings for handling cookies. Flash cookies are also cross-browser. This means that users can also be identified when using a different browser, as long as the cookie is still on the computer.

We only use Flash cookies with your consent, which you can revoke at any time with future effect.

In any case, you can control these Flash cookies using the Settings Manager of your Flash Player and, if necessary, deactivate and delete them. Further information on how the Settings Manager works can be found at the following link: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html

          9. Smartlook
To improve our website, we use the analysis tool “Smartlook” from Smartsupp.com, s.r.o., Milady Horakove 13, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, which enables anonymous evaluation of the use of zalvus.com. Anonymized usage logs are stored in accordance with legal requirements and automatically deleted after three days. For more details, please refer to Smartsupp's privacy policy: https://www.smartsupp.com/privacy

We use Smartlook exclusively on the basis of your consent, which you can revoke at any time with future effect.

          Note:
If you consent to the use of
          - Facebook
          - Google
          - Twitter
          - LinkedIn
          - Instagram
          - Pinterest
          - Tripadvisor
          - WhatsApp,

you also consent to your personal data being processed in the USA. According to the European Court of Justice, the level of data protection in the USA is insufficient compared to that in the European Union. In particular, there is a risk that US authorities may access your data. If you do not consent to the use of these services, your personal data will not be transferred to the USA.

          10. Use of social media plugins
(9.1) We may use the following social media plugins: Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Xing, T3N, LinkedIn, Flattr, Instagram, Pinterest, Immobilien Scout 24, Tripadvisor, Whatsapp. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initial letter or the logo. We offer you the opportunity to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only when you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offering. In addition, the data mentioned in § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. In the case of Facebook and Xing, according to the respective providers in Germany, the IP address is anonymized immediately after collection. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers, in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser's security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.

(9.2) We have no influence on the data collected and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, or the storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.

(9.3) The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. The plug-ins offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users, enabling us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.
The legal basis for this type of processing is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

(9.4) Data is transferred regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, the data we collect will be directly associated with your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click on the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this will prevent your profile from being assigned to the plug-in provider.

(9.5) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the privacy policies of these providers, which are provided below. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy.
